Rules

1. Ownership
All ad accounts and assets are rented. Ownership always remains with Ultra Ads Agency.

2. Free Assets
Extra assets (proxy, browser, pages, etc.) are provided free only with rented ad accounts. They are not included in the price, and unreasonable modification requests can be revoked.

3. Inactive Accounts
Any ad account with no spend for 5 consecutive days is considered abandoned. Ultra Ads Agency reserves the right to reclaim and reassign abandoned accounts.

4. Right to Refuse
Ultra Ads Agency may refuse service to any client deemed unsuitable for cooperation.

5. Refunds
Clients may stop at any time by requesting a refund. Remaining budget will be refunded within 2 business days.

6. Purchase of Assets
Besides Ad account, other assets may be purchased separately at a negotiated price. No return policy applies in this case.

7. Working Hours

  • Support: 08:00 AM – 01:30 AM (GMT+7) / 04:00 AM – 09:30 PM (GMT+3)
  • Spending updates: Twice daily, last update before 09:00 PM (GMT+7)
  • Top-up requests: Before 11:00 PM (GMT+7)
  • Requests outside working hours will be processed in the next shift.
  • 8. Spending Records

  • Daily spending is recorded in a spending table.
  • Previous month’s spend is locked on the 6th, with 2 days for both parties to verify.
  • Final lock occurs on the 8th. After locking, no changes can be made.
  • Corrections must be requested before 08:00 PM (GMT+7) on the 8th.
  • 9. Appeals & Transfers

  • Clients must notify Ultra Ads Agency if an ad account is disabled or restricted. If not reported, the client is responsible for any unwanted spend.
  • Once notified, Ultra Ads Agency will set a spending limit and take responsibility for unwanted spend.
  • If no appeal is requested, Ultra Ads Agency may decide whether to appeal and who will use the account if reactivated.
  • Clients will be updated on the appeal status (unbanned, permanently banned, in review, or not appealable).
  • For restricted Business Managers, both parties must agree before appeal.
  • On account transfers, client access will be revoked and all old campaigns deleted.
