4. What is your working hours?
- Support time: 08:00 AM to 00:30 AM (next day), GMT +7.
- Budget top-up requests before 09:00 PM, GMT +7
- Any requests sent out side of working hours will be processed on the next working shift.

5. What is our policy regarding refunds?
We will calculate the refund amount based on the progress of the current service and then transferred the remaining amount to the customer’s preferred payment method.
